Dokolo LC5 Chairperson Offers UGX 500,000 Reward for Information on Stolen Computers

Dokolo, Uganda – Dokolo LC V chairperson has pladged 500,000 shillings to rewards any person who will give a leading information about the thefts of over 10 computers that was stolen from Dokolo District offices in different house breaking.

James Otoo Apili made the pronouncements to our reporter, following a mixed reactions about the thefts of the computers.

According to Otoo, he has committed himself as the chairperson of the District to put his money worth 500,000 shillings to any person who will avail the District with any information regarding the thefts of the computers that occured in a period of only one months.

He noted that the District is currently working hands In hands with police and other security departments inorder to ensure the culprits are brought to books.

Barbra Akech the RDC of Dokolo District while was speaking during Gin agudu kom atedero morning program today on Dokolo FM, confirmed that security has taken up the issue of the theft under a serious investigation.

She noted that the suspects who were arrested in relation to the thefts others are remanded to Koroto prison while further investigation is ongoing.
