What Ugandans Anxiously Expect From Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s PLU Gov’t

The Nolly wood industry, thanks to the well streamlined policy formulation by the Lagos statesmen, is now worth 6.4 billion US dollars, a financial pride, for revenue generation in Nigeria!  Puting this in context.

Majority Ugandans expect the PLU government to institutionally leverage, the creative industry in Uganda, where so many talented boys and girls, women and men, can excel in the market place, as they adduce global wealth creation.

The world’s three most productive corporations, that is Nvidia, Apple and Amazon, are worth 16 trillion US dollars in total, in alignment with the best performing standards and the ethos of corporate efficiency in results attainment.

To put the point straight, the 21st century Ugandans believe that Gen. MUHOOZI’S PLU government should generate formative based results efficacy model in public service, premised on contract signing than speculative delivery of program based results.

If for instance all the 490,000 civil servants of Uganda in ministries, state agencies, and local governments are assessed out of contractual administrative and field delivery of results, Uganda can easily become the Singapore of Africa, in just only 10 years.

In the conventional science of war, a strategic calculation of the enemy’s terrain causes expediency in victory, and a skilful exhaustion of the opponent’s forces can derail the latter’s triumph!

Now that the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) is a first-class African army, Ugandans expect Gen. MK’s PLU to eradicate corruption out of public offices, a cancer that has killed the integrity framework of nation building…..
