As a lecturer at John Fisher Institute of Health Sciences, he trains nurses, midwives and medical records assistants, shaping the future of healthcare professionals.
Beyond medicine, Norman is the founder of Integrated Involvement of Youth in Development, a community-based organization that empowers youth through development initiatives.
He is also the force behind the “One Pad for a Girl” campaign, a movement that educates girls on menstrual health, teaches them to make reusable sanitary pads and distributes essential hygiene products to underserved communities.
Norman is not only a healthcare advocate but also a passionate environmentalist. Owning 12 acres of land, he has planted over 100,000 trees to combat climate change while promoting sustainable agriculture as a means of job creation.
