Speaking during the launch, Eladu emphasized the need to build a stronger, more united, and forward-looking youth wing that amplifies the voice of every young person within the NRM and beyond.
“…The youth of this country are battling unemployment, limited opportunities, and lack of political inclusion. If given the mandate, I will work to ensure their concerns are not only heard but acted upon…,” Eladu said.

- Leadership and Coordination – Eladu intends to strengthen leadership structures of the NRM Youth League, offering mentorship and training to emerging young leaders.
- Policy Engagement – He plans to contribute directly to the formulation and implementation of youth-centered policies through active engagement in national dialogue and planning processes.
- Promotion of Patriotism and Discipline – He vows to instill discipline and patriotism among youth, promoting unity and upholding NRM’s guiding principles such as Pan-Africanism and socio-economic transformation.
- Organizing Events and Programs – Eladu promises to implement youth empowerment programs, political education campaigns, and community service projects across the country.
- Youth-Senior Leadership Bridge – He aims to serve as a reliable link between young people and senior party officials, ensuring youth issues are taken seriously in high-level decision-making.
