One Andrew Jemba 43 years old, who was driving the Link Bus M/V Reg. No. UBG 188P was seen in a viral video using his phone while driving along Kampala-Fort Portal highway. However Jemba was intercepted and arrested at Kyegegwa Police yesterday midmorning at around 11am.
The driver has therefore been charged for breaking Regulations 3[a] and 4 of Traffic & Road Safety, 2004.
