GULU CITY – Celebrations abound in Gulu City as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Hon. Norbert Mao, and his longtime fiancée, Beatrice Kayanja, exchanged vows in a glamorous wedding ceremony at St. Joseph’s Cathedral.

Additionally, the couple took part in a Kukyala ceremony in February, an important Buganda kingdom tradition where the groom is formally introduced to the bride’s family.
