Fighting between the two faction of PAG and Yahweh Pentecostal Mission has become the major insecurity in the Lango Sub-Region
In the most recent tension over property on 8, November 2023, PAG allegedly stormed the Yahweh Pentecostal Mission Kakoge Assembly in the wee hours of Wednesday, leaving at least two injured, with one in critical condition.
The territorial police in Lira City, however, intervened and dispersed the two fighting faction.
According to the Lira City west Police Commander Geoffrey Omony, preliminary findings indicate that the PAG faction locked the Church and surrounding premises and disappeared with the keys.

He added that the the two critically injured are currently at the hospital, but details about their condition could not be disclosed by press time and refered The Dokolo Post reporter to the Regional Police spokesperson for more comments.
However, one of the Yahweh Pentecostal leaders who spoke on condition of anonymity told the believers to stay calm, pray and allow God to do his work.
For the past few years, there has been a serious conflict between Yahweh Pentecostal Mission and PAG Mission.
Yahweh Mission broke away from PAG to form PAG Lira Ltd but this was deregistered forcing them to form Yahweh Pentecostal Mission staying put with the properties of which PAG claims ownership.

PAG went to court and it was ordered that the properties be seized and handed back to them. But Yahweh believers argue that their Christians contributed to the construction of the over 800 Churches being claimed by PAG.
A Court Bailiff has been in the Lango sub-region since April this year to seize the properties and hand them over to PAG but whenever they seize and hand them over, militant Yahweh believers armed with dangerous weapons would storm the Churches and harm the PAG believers.
Court Bailiff implementing the orders, Bony Rwamukaga a month ago told reporters in Lira City that he is failing because the security leaders in the region are being bribed with huge sum of money.
