Hoima,Uganda – In an electrifying FUFA Big League match played at the Kigaaya Primary School grounds in Hoima, league leaders Blacks Power FC were held to a 0-0 draw by a resilient Buhimba United Saints FC.
The game, which kicked off at 3:00 PM, saw both teams showcase tactical brilliance but ultimately failed to find the back of the net.
The stalemate means Blacks Power FC remain at the top of the FUFA Big League table with 20 points from 10 matches, maintaining their 4-goal difference.
Buhimba United Saints FC, who put up a commendable fight, hold their 5th position with 16 points from an equal number of matches.
The home side, buoyed by their passionate fans, dominated spells of the game but were unable to break through Blacks Power FC’s solid defense.
Blacks Power FC, who have been exceptional at home this season, faced challenges on the road but held their own against a determined Buhimba side.
Coach Bobby Obira of Blacks Power FC praised his team’s resilience in what he described as a “tough away encounter.” Speaking after the match, he said:
